North Merrick Administrators and Special Education Staff Participate in Autism Training
Thanks to the efforts of Barbara Wortman, all of the district's administrators have successfully completed a state approved autism training workshop, delivered by the Cody Center of Stony Brook University. In addition, all North Merrick special education teachers will receive the same training on January 19 and 29. Other districts have joined North Merrick in this endeavor.
