Here are a few things you can work on at home during our extended closure:

  • Read your independent reading book for 20-30 minutes each day. Write a short response in your reading notebook or create your own notebook.
  • Utilize the links on the district web site to complete math games of your choice. Use sites like IXL, Cool Math, Math Playground or ABC Ya.  Work on multiplication, division and fractions.
  • Complete the next lesson in your Spelling workbook.
  • American Revolution Research:
    • What was the American Revolution?
    • List 3 causes of the revolution.
    • List 3 cool facts about the revolution.
  • You can also start reading a book for our last book report.
  • Work on our class explorer project.  Reach out to me if you did not get to choose an explorer.
