Donation of Contactless Temperature Screening Machines

The North Merrick School District received four contactless temperature screening machines from Friends for Good Health, a local charitable organization of leading health professionals that reaches out globally to support the healthcare of those in need. Board President Megan Ryan secured this donation for the North Merrick schools.

In a special ceremony on July 17, Ms. Ryan accompanied by her daughter, thanked the organization's leaders, Dr. Bobby Kalotee (International Chairman) and Dr. Paul Pipia (Chief Medical Director) for this generous donation to help contain the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.

Added Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Cynthia Seniuk: "School districts cannot stand alone. We are extremely grateful for this partnership so our children will feel safe to learn."
