As a culminating activity to the fall WINGS classes with Mrs. Black, students and their families participated in Break Out Edu sessions in January. Together they looked for clues to discover the antidote to a snake bite for one of the travelers on the Oregon Trail in a timed challenge. They then used the data to find the codes to literally unlock the vital information. The Breakout.Edu game promoted critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication. It was also a lot of fun for the students to think quickly with their families!
